这下，试剂肯定是不缺了，但是你知道抗原试剂上C、T、S这三个字母分别代表什么含义吗？

读法来了
S 代表Sample hole（样本区）。这个地方用来放置采集到的样本。
四种模样，三种结果
C 代表Control line（控制线）。C字母旁边出现的一条线，代表检测结果有效。所以检查结果的时候应该先看这条线。如果这条线的位置是空的（如上图中右边两种情况），就说明检测过程中可能出现了一些问题，结果无效（Invalid），需要重新检测。
T 代表Test line（测试线），代表你体内抗原(Antigen)的情况。如果T旁边是有一条线的，就说明你是阳性(Positive)。如果没有线，就说明你是阴性(Nagative)。

①Please wash and dry your handsthoroughly before the test.
测试前彻底清洗手部并擦干。
②Take the swab out of the package and do not touch the sampling end.
小心拆开鼻拭子外包装，避免手部接触拭子头。
③Carefully insert the swab 1.5 cm into the nostril until resistance is felt. Under moderate pressure, swab the surface of the nostril 4 to 6 times for at least 15 seconds.
将拭子头小心伸入鼻孔1.5 cm，接触鼻道。贴鼻腔轻柔旋转4-6圈（停留时间不少于15秒）。
④Repeat sampling with the same swab in the other nostril.
使用同一拭子对另一鼻腔重复相同操作。
⑤Insert the swab after collecting the sample into the sampling tube, soak the swab in the buffer for at least 15 seconds, stir the swab several times and squeeze the swab head 3 times.
取样后的拭子插入样本提取管中，将拭子浸泡在样本提取液（液面以下）至少15秒，搅动拭子头几次，同时用手隔着采样管外壁挤压拭子头3次。
⑥Close the sampling tube with the tube lid.
用管盖盖上样本提取管。
⑦Open the foil pouch and place the test cassette on a flat surface.
拆开检测卡铝箔袋包装，并将检测卡置于平整处。

Open the tube lid at the front end of the sampling tube, and drop 4 drops of the treated sample into the sample well (S) of the test cassette.
拧开样本提取管前端的小白帽。在检测卡的样本孔（S）添加4滴样本（完成后，把小白帽拧回去）。
⑨After reacting at room temperature for 15minutes, observe the results. A result after 30 minutes is invalid.
在室温放置15分钟后观察结果，超过30分钟观察结果无效。

最近，也有的朋友需要吃药，于是说自己要“eat medicine”！等等，这可不太对呀。
虽然eat就是“吃”的意思，我们可以说“吃苹果”eat an apple, “吃鸡蛋”eat an egg，但是 “吃药”可不是eat medicine，怎么回事呢？
“吃药”姿势？
eat一般用于吃固体食物，并且有咀嚼的动作，而吃药则是兑水喝下去或者直接喝下去，所以用take，那么你现在是不是就明白了，“吃药”的正确表达是take medicine。
